Condition

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Return shipping

Returns are free — print the prepaid returns label from your order confirmation email and send the item back by mail.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
